Our Story
Powwaw food truck is presenting Native American Cuisine to the North Idaho area. Food that was indigenous to North America is what we aim to serve. We do not utilize chicken, pork, dairy or processed sugar. As a result, our Native American cuisine is naturally healthy and delicious. North Idaho and the Eastern Washington are surrounded by many tribes but unfortunately, true Native American cuisine is underrepresented. With Pow'Waw, we hope to bring delicious food and a great representation of our culture to our customers.
